Join us Saturday, March 15th as we design this cheerful asymmetrical arrangement in the cutest gold star embellished container. We'll show you how to create structure with a ruffled base of bells of Ireland accented with lime hypericum. Next, we'll add whimsy and movement with ruffly lisianthus and cheerful yellow ranunculus.
