Our team can help you translate your Pinterest boards and Instagram albums into
a bulk flower order with exactly what you need to craft designs for your next event.
Weddings, baby showers, bridal showers, dinner parties—you name it!
How It Works
1. Share Your Vision
Send us a quick email to DIY@wholesaleflowermarket.com with the basics of your event—your date, what items you’re hoping to DIY, and any inspiration photos or Pinterest boards you’d like to share.
(Don’t worry if you don’t know the names of flowers and foliage—we can identify them for you from pictures.)
2. Make a Plan
Schedule a consultation* with our special orders advisor—either in person or virtually. Together, we’ll walk through your vision and build a custom proposal just for you. Each proposal includes: custom mood board, detailed recipes, bulk flower order, unlimited revisions.
*The Consultation: A $100 consultation fee is required prior to your meeting. This fee is applied toward your order total when you move forward with us. If you decide not to proceed, the fee is non-refundable and covers the time, creativity, and expertise we dedicate to building your proposal.
Why We Do This: The fee policy helps ensure our time is devoted to clients who are serious about booking with us, allowing us to continue delivering the highest level of service to each event we take on.
3. Approval and payment
Once your proposal feels perfect, you’ll give us the green light to move forward. At that time, we require a 50% payment (minus your $100 consultation fee).
From there, we coordinate directly with our partner farms to source your flowers. When they arrive at our store, we inspect your flowers for quality and hydrate them so your product is ready to design with.
4. Pickup and Design
All of your flowers will be hydrated and ready to work with on pickup day. You can pick your flowers up in water (see note below), or we’ll box it for you. We will safely load your vehicle for you so you can get to the fun part…designing!
You can bring 5-gallon buckets with you for us to fill with conditioned water and transfer your flowers into. Please note: we do NOT provide, rent, or sell buckets at this time.

Farm-Direct Flowers
We buy direct from flower farms around the world. (Many of which we have personally visited.) From post-harvest at the farm to delivery at our store flowers are kept refrigerated for maximum freshness. Once we receive them, we double-check quality and process your flowers so they are show-ready (cut, hydrate, and store in our refrigerated cooler).
Expert Guidance
Our DIY expert, Emily, has experience in both flower-buying and floral design which makes her the perfect advisor to have in your corner. Her extensive flower knowledge combined with her hands-on design experience allows her to create proposals for you with flowers to match your vision and realistic design goals based on your skill level.
