Our special orders lead, Emily, will be out on maternity leave beginning in August.
We STRONGLY encourage you to please place any DIY wedding or special event bulk flower orders BEFORE July 31st to ensure that you’re all setup before she goes out on maternity leave. Anything submitted after that date will be accommodated when/as time allows.
You can still submit orders while Emily is out, but please be aware we cannot provide the same level of consulting that we normally would (creating flower recipes, assisting with choosing flowers, etc.) since we will be operating with reduced staff.
We can still provide you with price quotes and answer basic questions, but we cannot provide consultations during this time.

Our team can help you translate your Pinterest boards and Instagram albums into
a bulk flower order with exactly what you need to craft designs for your next event.
Weddings, baby showers, bridal showers, dinner parties—you name it!
How It Works
1. Share Your Vision
Let us know what you have in mind for your event (Pinterest boards encouraged!). We’ll work with you to put together a list of flowers and/or greenery to match. We can work with you via email or you can setup a free consultation with our special orders expert, Emily.
(Don’t worry if you don’t know the names of flowers and foliage—we can identify them for you from pictures.)
2. Make a Plan
Based on the needs of your event, we’ll create a custom proposal that includes recipes for each design element so you know exactly how much to order. We’ll also make suggestions on design techniques, pickup and design timelines, and any floral supplies
you might need.
Once you approve the plan, we’ll get to work. Our #1 goal is to keep flowers fun, not fussy!
3. Pickup and Design
All of your flowers will be hydrated and ready to work with on pickup day. You can pick your flowers up in water (see note below), or we’ll box it for you. We will safely load your vehicle for you so you can get to the fun part…designing!
You can bring 5-gallon buckets with you for us to fill and transfer your flowers into, OR you can rent our buckets. (Rental fee is credited in full when buckets are returned.)

Farm-Direct Flowers
We buy direct from flower farms around the world. (Many of which we have personally visited.) From post-harvest at the farm to delivery at our store flowers are kept refrigerated for maximum freshness. Once we receive them, we double-check quality and process your flowers so they are show-ready (cut, hydrate, and store in our refrigerated cooler).
Expert Guidance
Our DIY expert, Emily, has experience in both flower-buying and floral design which makes her the perfect advisor to have in your corner. Her extensive flower knowledge combined with her hands-on design experience allows her to create proposals for you with flowers to match your vision and realistic design goals based on your skill level.
